目的:探讨中西医结合治疗各类型毒蛇咬伤的临床方法。方法根据1964-1998年收治各类型毒蛇咬伤患者773例的临床资料,分析中草药、西医综合对症治疗及灵活应用抗蛇毒血清的临床疗效。结果治愈765例,治愈率99.0%;死亡8例,死亡率。结果治愈765例,治愈率99.0%;死亡8例,死亡率1.0%。结论建立完善的抢救治疗队伍,采用中西医结合的综合性治疗方法,可明显提高临床治愈率。  相似文献

A glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor is a common but complex C-terminal post-translational modification of extracellular proteins in eukaryotes. Here we investigate the problem of correctly annotating GPI-anchored proteins for the growing number of sequences in public databases. We developed a computational system, called FragAnchor, based on the tandem use of a neural network (NN) and a hidden Markov model (HMM). Firstly, NN selects potential GPI-anchored proteins in a dataset, then HMM parses these potential GPI signals and refines the prediction by qualitative scoring. FragAnchor correctly predicted 91% of all the GPI-anchored proteins annotated in the Swiss-Prot database. In a large-scale analysis of 29 eukaryote proteomes, FragAnchor predicted that the percentage of highly probable GPI-anchored proteins is between 0.21% and 2.01%. The distinctive feature of FragAnchor, compared with other systems, is that it targets only the C-terminus of a protein, making it less sensitive to the background noise found in databases and possible incomplete protein sequences. Moreover, FragAnchor can be used to predict GPI-anchored proteins in all eukaryotes. Finally, by using qualitative scoring, the predictions combine both sensitivity and information content. Baicalin had neuroprotective effects on inhibiting neuronal cell apoptosis induced by spinal cord ischemic injury. This study aimed to explore the protective effects of Baicalin on rats with spinal cord injury (SCI) and its mechanism of action. The recovery of spinal cord nerve function in rats was evaluated by the Basso, Beattie, and Bresnahan (BBB) score and the combine behavioral score (CBS). The expressions of cytokines tumor necrosis factor α (TNF‐α), interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β), and IL‐6 were detected by the enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay method. Expressions of inflammation‐related proteins were detected by Western blot. Multivariate statistical analysis was performed for serum metabolites. The BBB and CBS score results showed that Baicalin had a certain improvement on rats with SCI. SCI symptoms were significantly improved in low‐dose and high‐dose groups. The levels of TNF‐α, IL‐1β, and IL‐6 in the SCI group were significantly increased. The expressions of NF‐κB p65, NF‐κB p50, p‐IκBα, and IKKα in the SCI group showed the opposite trend compared with the low‐dose and high‐dose groups. Compared with the sham group, glutamine, levels of 3‐OH‐butyrate, N‐acetylaspartate, and glutathione were significantly reduced, and the levels of glutamate and betaine were significantly increased in the SCI group. When Baicalin was administered, the contents of glutamine synthase (GS) and glutaminase (GLS) were significantly reduced, indicating that Baicalin had the effect of improving GS and GLS. Baicalin has protective effects on improving SCI and lower extremity motor function, has a significant anti‐inflammatory effect, and regulates the serum metabolic disorder caused by SCI in rats.  相似文献

The digestibility of a starch-polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) biopolymer insulated cardboard coolbox was investigated under a defined anaerobic digestion (AD) system with key parameters characterized. Laboratory results were combined with industrial operational data to develop a site-specific life cycle assessment (LCA) model. Inoculated with active bacterial trophic groups, the anaerobic biodegradability of three starch-PVOH biopolymers achieved 58-62%. The LCA modeling showed that the environmental burdens of the starch-PVOH biopolymer packaging under AD conditions on acidification, eutrophication, global warming and photochemical oxidation potential were dominated by atmospheric emissions released from substrate degradation and fuel combustion, whereas energy consumption and infrastructure requirements were the causes of abiotic depletion, ozone depletion and toxic impacts. Nevertheless, for this bio-packaging, AD of the starch-PVOH biopolymer combined with recycling of the cardboard emerged as the environmentally superior option and optimization of the energy utilization system could bring further environmental benefits to the AD process.  相似文献

目的:比较七氟烷与异氟烷对老年腹部全麻手术患者BIS、Narcotrend指数的影响。方法:将80例择期行老年腹部全麻手术患者随机分为舒芬太尼组与地佐辛组,每组40例患者。两组均给予常规麻醉诱导,对照组患者采用面罩吸氧给予异氟烷和舒芬太尼麻醉,试验组给予七氟烷和舒芬太尼麻醉。治疗结束后,对比分析两组入室前(t1)、手术完毕后(t2)、拔管时(t3)、拔管后5min(t4)、拔管后10min(t5)、拔管后1h(t6)的血流动力学、术后认知功能、脑电双频指数(BIS)、伤害趋势指数(NI)及不良反应的发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,试验组于t3~t4时心率较高(P0.05),试验组t3~t4简易精神状态检查(MMSE)评分较低,t2、t5~t6MMSE评分无显著差异,试验组于t3~t4时心率、BIS、NI水平较低(P0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为10.01%,试验组为17.50%,组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组手术部位感染发生率为12.50%(5/40)显著低于对照组(35.00%)(P0.05)。结论:七氟烷联合舒芬太尼收缩压以及舒张压的波动较小,下调BIS、Narcotrend指数,并于拔管后迅速恢复,降低SSI发生,安全性高。  相似文献

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗儿童白癜风的疗效观察与护理经验。方法:门诊诊治90例白癜风患儿,患儿局部皮损处白天外涂中草药复方增色液后日光照射,晚上外涂补骨脂素溶液后小型黑光灯(UVA)照射,同时内服中药复方制剂"乌梅汤",治疗全过程配合适时心理疏导,饮食调护与局部护理。结果:90例患儿经3个疗程的治疗与观察(每个疗程2个月)总有效率为42.2%(38例),其中临床疗效评价痊愈20例(22.2%),显效13例(14.4%),好转5例(5.5%)。结论:中西医结合治疗特点在于内外中草药联合应用,白天外涂中草药复方增色液后日光照射,其光敏作用好而副作用小;同时内服中药乌梅汤,可改善患儿脾胃虚弱的症状;配合心理疏导,饮食调护与局部护理,可取得满意的治疗效果。  相似文献

分别研究了Pb2 + 、Cd2 + 和Ce3 + 对Ca (Ⅱ )α 淀粉酶活性影响及对其Ca2 + 的竞争作用 .结果表明三种金属离子低浓度情况下 (0 5~ 5mmol/L)对α 淀粉酶具有激活现象 ,而较高浓度则抑制酶活力 .Pb2 + 、Cd2 + 和Ce3 + 竞争置换α 淀粉酶中Ca2 + 能力的大小是 :Pb2 + >Cd2 + >Ce3 + ,其抑制酶活作用大小 :Pb2 + >Cd2 + >Ce3 + .  相似文献
